Born and grew up in Albuquerque, NM. Attended public schools. Now living in Seattle, WA.
I have a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Mexico with laboratory and professional experience with electronic design, pulsed power systems, and aerospace test engineering.
Personal Interests:
Amateur science: High voltage/plasma, electrical engineering, biology, and chemistry.
Art: Oil painting, drawing, mixed media involving topics from the amateur science category.
DIY Ethic: Nothing builds confidence that you understand something like being able to build it, explain it, or repeat it yourself.
Science history: I like the stories behind technological/scientific development.
